COLUMBIA…Beneva Sims Haddan, a former resident of Columbia, Alabama, passed away Saturday morning, July 3, 2021, at Crowne Health Care of Eufaula. She was 73.
No services are planned at this time.
Mrs. Haddan was born in Early County, Georgia to the late Rufus E. Sims and Geneva Holley Sims . She was a member of the Haleburg Baptist Church. She worked as a clerk at several convenience stores.
Along with her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward “Chuck” Haddan and a sister, Kathryn Sims.
Leaving to cherish her memories is her daughters, Amanda Haddan of Dothan, AL and Michelle Brawner; her son, Chuck Haddan; her four grandchildren; and her one great-grandchild.
