ABBEVILLE.…Russell Monte Scott, Sr., a resident of Abbeville, AL passed away Thursday morning, October 8, 2020, at his home. He was 60.
No services are planned at this time.
Russell was born in Miami, FL and lived there and also Ocala, FL, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL most of his lifetime, before moving to the Abbeville, AL area over 10 years ago. Mr. Scott was in the construction industry before becoming disabled.
Leaving to cherish his memories are his parents, Ernest Mack Scott, Sr. and Melba Jean Edmonson, both of Abbeville; his daughter, Shylyn Scott of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his sons, Weston Scott of Hollywood, FL, Ryan Scott of Conway, SC, and Russell Monte Scott, Jr. of Kentucy; his brothers, Ernest Mack Scott, Jr. of Davie, FL, Errol Wayne Scott of Abbeville, AL, Troy Zavitz of Buford, GA, and Tyson Scott; his sisters, Charmin Scott and Kelly Scott; and his three grandsons.
