SHORTERVILLE… Aurelio Zamora, a resident of Shorterville, Alabama passed away early Saturday morning, September 28, 2024, at his home. He was 89.

 Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.

 Mr. Zamora was born in Falcon, Texas. He lived in several places across the United States before retiring in Shorterville, Alabama. He was a carpenter by trade. 

 He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Jo Zamora; his daughter, Teresa Andrews; and his son, Juan “Johnny” Zamora.

 Leaving to cherish his memories is his daughters, Isabel Zamora, Monica Zamora, and Angela Zamora; his sons, Rene Zamora, Chris Zamora, Carlos Zamora, Harvey Zamora, and Jessie Zamora (Teresa); his sister, Rosa Zamora; and his fifteen grandchildren.
