ABBEVILLE.…Barbara Brown, a resident of the Holiday Shores Community in Abbeville, Alabama, passed away Wednesday morning, December 9, 2020, at her home. She was 82.

Mrs. Brown was born in New Jersey, to the late Walter Eugene Thorn and Mary Ellen McDonald Thorn. She had previously lived in Birmingham, AL, Elba, AL, before moving to Abbeville, AL over sixteen years ago. Mrs. Brown was retired from AT&T.
Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Larry Brown.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her husband, Jerry E. Brown; her sons, Kevin Brown (Paula) of Navarre, FL, Jerry Brown of Pelham, AL; her daughter-in-law, Jheri Brown of Freeport, FL; her five grandchildren; and her three great-grandchildren
