BILLY JOE MAYNARD

OZARK… Billy Joe Maynard, a resident of Ozark, Alabama, passed away early Friday morning, April 5, 2024, at Dale Medical Center. He was 63.

          No services are planned at this time.

          Mr. Maynard was born in Ocala, Florida to the late James Billy Maynard and Betty Jo Robinson Maynard. He lived in Pikeville, Kentucky in his youthful years. He was a 1980 graduate of Pikeville High School. He had moved to the Ozark, Alabama area years ago. He was a roofer by trade.

          Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Beasley Maynard.

          Leaving to cherish his memories are his sisters, Wanda Fischer (Dave Hatfield) and Maggie Martino (Ted); his nephews, Daniel Fischer (Deanna) and Larry Donaldson (Nicki); and his niece, Susie Norsworthy (Alan).
