DOTHAN.Carol Ann Hines, a resident of Dothan, passed away Wednesday, January 01, 2020 at her home. She was 55.
Keeping with her wishes, Carol Anns family has selected a simple cremation. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Ms. Hines was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts to the late Albert Leroy Hines and Nancy Priscilla Marten Hines where she spent most of her lifetime until moving to the Dothan area nine years ago. She was a very active member of the Dothan VFW. Carol Ann always put everyone else first, and had the kindess of souls and strongest of spirits. She is now at peace with her twin sister, Caron Hines. She loved her nephew, Jesse Clements with all of her heart, they were best friends.
Leaving to cherish her memories is her son, Andrew Justin Jensen of Dothan; her sisters, Rhonda Gilbert (Scott) of Dothan, and Joy Hines (Steve Linksy) of Alpharetta, GA; her brother, Richard Hines; her aunts, Jan Marten, of Boxford, MA, and Wendy Lemire of Tampa, FL; her grandson, Gavin Downs of Rochester, NH; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
