CLAUDIE MAE LEE SKEEN

ABBEVILLE… Claudie Mae Lee Skeen, a resident of Abbeville, Alabama passed away early Tuesday morning, September 24, 2024, at her home. She was 98.

 There was a private graveside service at Union Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory was in charge of the arrangements.

 Mrs. Skeen was born in Bakerhill, Alabama to the late James Horace Lee and Viola Pippins Lee. She graduated from Bakerhill High School. She retired from West Point Pepperel. She was a member of the Union Freewill Baptist Church. She was known for her hard work ethic.

 Along with her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Ted Skeen; and her son, James Skeen.

 Leaving to cherish her memories is her son, Tim Skeen; her other family and many close friends.
