HAROLD MICHAEL “HAL” FREY

HEADLAND… Harold Michael “Hal” Frey, a resident of Headland, Alabama passed away Thursday morning, August 22, 2024, at his home. He was 73.

 No services are planned at this time.

 Mr. Frey was born in Niagara Falls, New York to Harold Max Frey and Anne Marie Sheridan Frey Sakowski. He had previously lived in Cleveland, TN, Salt Lake City, UT, and Grand Prairie, TX before moving to Headland, AL about a year and a half ago. He retired as a carpenter of residential homes.

 Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step-father, Walter Sakowski; and his brother, Gary Joseph Frey.

 Leaving to cherish his memories is his daughter, Tricia Frey Cox (Kevin); his sons, Mark Frey (Laura Beth) and Matthew Kelly; his sister, Sue Ann Taylor; his grandchildren, Noah Frey, Isabelle Frey, Georgeanna Frey, Christy Cox, Jeremy Pope (Ana), Emily Mangrum (C.J.), and Kayla Cox; and his great-grandson, Miles Mangrum.
