JOHNNIE H. MCCLENNY

COLUMBIA… Johnnie H. McClenny, a resident of Columbia, Alabama, passed away Sunday afternoon, May 19, 2024, at his home. He was 77.

           Military rites will be held at a National Military Cemetery at a later date.

          Mr. McClenny was born in Ozark, Alabama to the late Joyce Joffree McClenny and Christine Weaver McClenny. He was a Newville High School graduate. After high school he served his country in the US Army. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Alabama. He worked in logistics most of his lifetime.

          Leaving to cherish his memories are his daughters, Scout Johnson (Brian), Ana Kay Guimaráes (Pedro), and Evan Rings (Josh Foltz); his sister, Sandra Love White; his brothers, Larry Michael McClenny (Grace) and Ronnie Guy McClenny (Linda); and his grandchildren, Riley Johnson, Walker Johnson, Rosie Johnson, and Oliver.
