DeFuniak, FL – Nora Marie Wallace, 73, of DeFuniak, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She was 73.

Nora was born in New York, New York, and was the beloved daughter of the late Floyd and Helen (Cocolicchio) Wallace.

Throughout her life, Nora held many different positions, including owning and operating her own real estate business, working as a bank teller, and serving as a bookkeeper, among many other roles. She brought dedication and determination to everything she did before retiring.

Nora leaves behind her cherished son, Robbie Justice Sr.; her daughter-in-law, Katrina Wilson; her grandchildren, Robbie Justice Jr. and Justin Gunter and his wife, Crystal Guntner; and her great-grandchildren, Harmony Marie Justice, Callianna Mae Justice, and Justin Guntner Jr.

Nora is also survived by her brothers and their families: Richard Wallace and his husband, Albert Discepola; Thomas Wallace and his wife, Tina Wallace; and Larry Wallace and his wife, Kim Wallace. She is also lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Carol Wallace, wife of her late brother, Robert Wallace, along with many loving nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

She was predeceased by her son, Gary Lee Justice, Jr.

Nora will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on through her family and the many lives she touched throughout the years.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather with Nora’s family from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Dougherty Brothers Funeral Home, 595 Norwich Rd, Plainfield, Connecticut.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in All Hallows Cemetery, Green Hallow Rd, Moosup, Connecticut.
